They needed an intelligent automation solution that could understand context, extract data from unstructured documents, and handle tier- 1 support queries autonomously.

Chirp Tech engineered a comprehensive multi-agent AI system utilizing advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Instead of a single monolithic script, we built specialized AI agents orchestrated by LangChain, allowing them to collaborate on complex workflows securely within the client's private cloud.

• Intelligent Document Extraction Agent::Powered by vision-capable LLMs, this agent ingests PDFs and images, understands table structures, and extracts key-value pairs from highly unstructured shipping manifests with 99.2% accuracy.
• Conversational Support Agent::Integrated directly into their Zendesk instance, this agent resolves tier-1 tickets by securely querying the internal ERP system via API to provide real-time shipment updates to customers.
• Workflow Orchestrator:A central decision engine that routes tasks, handles error fallbacks to human operators when confidence scores are low, and continuously learns from human corrections.
